1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using the SolviroX app, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the app
SolviroX is a gamified training platform for multiple foreign languages. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes, not to bypass security measures, and not to disrupt the normal operation of the app.
3. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activities carried out through your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You can close your account at any time from the Settings page.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Billing period: Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan chosen (monthly or yearly). Payment is processed by our secure payment provider (Stripe).
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from the "My account" section in the app or on the website.
Payment documents: For online payments, the system provides a payment confirmation, which is not a tax invoice. Invoices for B2B customers are issued separately through the invoicing system connected to Peppol (eFact/Peppol). Payment documents can be downloaded from the "Payments & documents" page.
5. Refund policy
Our commitment: At SolviroX we want happy customers. If the service does not meet your expectations or you were charged in error, we review every request seriously.
Right of withdrawal: In line with European and Belgian digital-services law, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase, without giving a reason, provided the service has not been used extensively.
Process: To request a refund, send an email to contact@solvirox.be with the subject "Refund request [Your Name]".
Our guarantee: If the request is legitimate, we process the full refund within a maximum of 5 business days.
6. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to "Pro" features stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves automatically to the "Free" plan. We do not charge cancellation fees.
7. Content usage rules
The digital content in the app (modules, exercises, audio, images) is protected by copyright and is offered only for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute or resell the content without written agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, SolviroX is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
9. Advertising
The free version may display advertising. Premium users get an ad-free experience.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce major changes by email or in the app before they take effect.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law and applicable European Union regulations. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Belgium.

13. Analytics and cookies
To improve the experience we use PostHog EU (PostHog BV), with data stored in Germany / the European Union. Web analytics is anonymised and is enabled only after you consent to Analytics cookies.
